YouthFindAVoice (YFAV) is the project set up by Chorale to encourage choral singing in Leicestershire schools.

The last YFAV event was held on 2nd March 2008 in De Montfort Hall with Chorale and pupils from Countesthorpe Community College, City of Leicester College, Groby Community College, Humphrey Perkins High School, John Cleveland College, Manner High School, Quorn Rawlins Community College and St Martin's Catholic High School. The concert included Handel's Zadok the Priest, Dvorak's Te Deum and Andrew Carter's Benedicite, accompanied by the Leicestershire Schools Symphony Orchestra.
